This 45-min class was designed by our highly experienced and professional trainers as a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that will keep you moving and eliminate the boring repetition of doing same gym workout over and over.
In this class you will get fast and fun work hitting bags and challenging yourself with body weight and resistance band exercises.
The class will push everyone to their potential (and a bit further) by using exercises that are effective whether you are new to fitness and looking to get in better shape or a high level athlete looking to gain an edge.
This class is produced by the same company that put out P90X, Insanity and a wide variety of workout routines. PiYo combines Pilates, Yoga and fluid movement to give a High Intensity workout but with Low Impact on the joints workout that will help you tone up and increase flexibility.
